All our windows and toughened glass doors are fully double glazed, with uPVC rather than timber frames, so no painting is required. They also offer much improved security, with multi-point locking. All our garden buildings come with insurance approved 5 lever locks.

Garden 2 Room use the Flat Roofing Industry leading Firestone RubberCover EPDM Roofing System, it is the ideal durable solution for Garden Rooms with a Guarantee of 20 years at least.
Foundations
Foundation Ground Screws are bored into the ground creating a solid, level framework to build the structure’s base on. It is a quick and tidy procedure and much less damaging to your environment than a concrete base. No Digging, No Concrete, Saves Time, Saves Money.
External Walls
Most of our Garden Rooms are finished externally at the request of the customer in Siberian Larch which is then treated although your new Garden Room can be completely bespoke so you could have Cedar or Composite Cladding which is maintenance free.
